Efferson Student Union & Activities has invited local rental properties’ management teams to set up information tables in the Multi-Purpose Room on Friday, August 23 & 24, 2018 from 10am - 5pm, to assist students with their housing needs.  We encourage you to be mindful that off campus rental facilities will be on a first come, first serve basis as well.  You should visit the off campus facilities and then make an informed decision regarding the accessibility and safety of the facilities.  Florida A&M University and its University Board of Trustees do not assume any liability regarding any off-campus facilities or with the agreements that you may enter with the off-campus rental facilities. 

FAMU Students currently living in campus residence halls that are considering moving off campus are strongly encouraged to review their HOUSING AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  There are specific deadlines and financial obligations associated with canceling the agreement.  Students are strongly encouraged to contact the University Housing Office before signing a new lease with a non-university rental property. 

Housing Complexes and Property Manager Registration

Register now for the Florida A&M University Off-Campus Housing Fair taking place on Friday, August 23 & 24, 2018 from 10am - 5pm in the Efferson Student Union, Grand Ballroom. 

Registration is $500.00 and it includes the following:

  • 8' table and 3 chairs

  • 3 lunch tickets

  • 2 regular parking passes 

VIP Parking is available adjacent to the Efferson Student Union for an additional $25.00 per vehicle.
